You may use the Platform to search for, book, and pay for travel packages from third-party travel agents who participate in the Platform's escrow services. The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old.

User Accounts

In order to use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating a user account and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account login credentials.

Travel Packages

The travel packages offered on the Platform are provided by third-party travel agents, and not by the Platform. The Platform is not responsible for the quality or safety of the travel packages or for any representations or warranties made by the travel agents.

Escrow Services

The Platform provides escrow services for travel packages booked through the Platform. The escrow services are intended to provide added security and peace of mind to travelers and travel agents. The escrow services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the separate Escrow Services Agreement.

Refunds and Cancellations

The Company will act as an intermediary in the refund and cancellation process and will only release payment in accordance with the terms set forth in the applicable refund and cancellation policy. In the event that a refund is due to a traveler, the Platform will process the refund through the escrow services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content, except as expressly authorized by the Platform.


The Platform may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your user account and all associated information will be deleted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. The Platform disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Privacy Policy:

User shall also refer to Hajjee.com Privacy Policy available on Hajjee.com website which governs use of the Website. By using the Website, User agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy and accordingly consents to the use of the User’s personal information by Hajjee.com and its affiliates in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy: Applicable only booking with Hajjee Protect.

  1. Travelers may submit cancellation requests for their bookings through Email to Hajjee.com(info@hajjee.com) or by contacting our customer support team directly. Please provide your booking details, including the booking ID, traveler name, and package details, when requesting a cancellation.
  2. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the terms of the travel package.
  3. If a traveler cancels a trip before visa process, Hajjee.com will refund the full package amount to the traveler.
  4. If the trip is canceled after visa approval/process but before air ticket confirmation, a sum of Rs.10000 plus additional amount of Visa fee will be forfeited.
  5. If the cancellation is made after air ticket confirmation, no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy:Applicable only booking with Hajjee Protect.

  1. Travelers may submit refund requests for their bookings through Email to Hajjee.com(info@hajjee.com) or by contacting our customer support team directly. Please provide your booking details, including the booking ID, traveler name, and package details, when requesting a refund.
  2. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the terms of the travel package.
  3. In the event that a traveler is not able to obtain a visa or faces any other issue related to travel, Hajjee.com will work with the agent to provide a suitable alternative or a full refund of the package amount. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  4. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute or disagreement between the agent and the traveler, Hajjee.com will act as an intermediary to resolve the issue. We encourage both parties to communicate with each other and seek a mutually beneficial solution. If the issue cannot be resolved, Hajjee.com will take any other action as deemed appropriate to resolve the issue.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Force Majeure:

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters, government advisories, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the traveler, the travel agent, or Hajjee.com, we may waive or adjust cancellation fees at our discretion. We will make every effort to accommodate such situations and work towards a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved or refund the booking amount as per the Cancellation and Refund policies
  • Terms for Escrow Services:

  • Escrow Services: Hajjee.com provides an escrow service for secure payment transactions. Travelers booking packages through "Book with Hajjee Protect" will be required to transfer the total package amount to the dedicated escrow account created with with RBI licenced Bank.
  • Terms for Hajjee Protect:

    • Hajjee Protect: Hajjee.com provides a package and payment protection feature-Hajjee Protect, which covers your visa, air tickets, food and accomodation in the event, your travel agents stops communicating or abondons you in the mid of trip when you have booked with Hajjee Protect on the platform Hajjee.com.
    • Visa- Assisting and arranging you with Visa, if visa is not done by your travel agent.
    • Air Tickets-Arranging air tickets for the same travel date booked or +/- 1/2 days depending on the availability, if the air tickets are not confirmed/booked by your travel agent.
    • Food Accomodation-Arranging Food and accommodation similar to the package booked, if your travel agent has not done.
    • Reimbursing your money- if you do not want to continue your trip.
    • In the event that the package is not successfully completed, the funds will be released to the appropriate party based on the cancellation and refund policies.

    Secure Payment Process with Hajjee Protect:

    At Hajjee.com, we prioritize the security and transparency of your transactions. When you choose to book your pilgrimage package using Hajjee Protect, we ensure a seamless and secure payment process through our dedicated escrow account created with with RBI licenced Bank. Here's how it works:

    • 1. Dedicated Escrow Account: Upon confirming your booking with Hajjee Protect, we create a dedicated escrow account with a trusted financial institution licensed by the RBI (Reserve Bank of India). This account is solely designated for holding funds related to your booking.
    • 2. Payment Transfer: To initiate the payment process, you will receive instructions to transfer the required amount directly to the dedicated escrow account. This transfer is exclusively facilitated through net banking, ensuring a secure and traceable transaction.
    • 3. Verification and Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully transferred to the escrow account, our team verifies the transaction and confirms the receipt of funds. This verification process ensures that your payment is securely held until the required services are confirmed.
    • 4. Escrow Protection: Your funds remain securely held in the escrow account until specific milestones in the booking process are met, such as visa confirmation or ticket issuance or until the cancellation and refund policies are invoked.. This escrow protection mechanism safeguards your payment and provides peace of mind throughout your pilgrimage journey.
    • 5. Release of Funds: Upon meeting the necessary requirements and milestones, such as visa confirmation or ticket issuance, the funds are released from the dedicated escrow account to the respective service providers, ensuring a smooth and timely completion of your booking.

    Limitation of Liability:

  • Hajjee.com is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of the use of our platform or services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of the platform or services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount of the package price paid by the traveler.
  • Hajjee.com is not responsible and holds any liability for the standard, quality of services and the availability of any of the services listed as or provided by the respective travel Agents.
  • Traveller/User further understands that the information displayed on the Website with respect to any service is displayed as furnished by the Service Provider. Hajjee.com, therefore, cannot be held liable in case if the information provided by the Travel Agent is found to be inaccurate, inadequate or obsolete or in contravention of any laws, rules, regulations or directions in force.
  • Payments Liability :

      At Hajjee.com, transparency and security are our top priorities. We would like to draw your attention to our payment liability policy to ensure a clear understanding of our obligations and responsibilities regarding payment transactions.

    • Unless payment is successfully deposited into the designated escrow account managed by Hajjee.com, we cannot assume liability for any payments made directly to travel agents or service providers. It is imperative to adhere to our payment process, which involves transferring funds to the dedicated escrow account created for your booking.
    • The purpose of utilizing the escrow account is to provide a secure and trustworthy payment mechanism that safeguards your funds until the required services are confirmed. By following this process, you benefit from enhanced security, transparency, and peace of mind throughout your pilgrimage journey.
    • We strongly advise against making direct payments to travel agents or service providers outside of our designated payment process. Doing so may expose you to risks, such as fraud or disputes, for which Hajjee.com cannot assume responsibility.
