Comprehensive Package Cover: Here's what included with Hajjee Protect.
"Hajjee Protect" covers visa, flight tickets, food and accommodation.
If your Travel Agent/Travel Company abondons you or engages with fraudulent activity, dont worry when you have booked through "Hajjee Protect". We will help you continue your trip by providing financial assistance to rearrange essential elements like:
Visa- Assisting and arranging you with Visa, if visa is not done by your travel agent.
Air Tickets-Arranging air tickets for the same travel date booked or +/- 1/2 days depending on the availability, if the air tickets are not confirmed/booked by your travel agent.
Food Accomodation-Arranging Food and accommodation similar to the package booked, if your travel agent has not done.
Reimbursing your money- if you do not want to continue your trip.
In the event that the package is not successfully completed, the funds will be released to the appropriate party based on the cancellation and refund policies.
Easy Cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be sent to Hajjee.com(Email Id: info@hajjee.com) with 'Order No'. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the terms of the travel package. If a traveler cancels a trip before visa process, Hajjee.com will refund the full package amount to the traveler. If the trip is canceled after visa approval/process but before air ticket confirmation, a sum of Rs.10000 plus additional amount of Visa will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made after air ticket confirmation, no refund will be provided.
Booking Policy:
Travelers booking packages through 'Hajjee Protect' on the platform will be required to transfer the total package amount to the dedicated escrow account to avail comprehensive coverage. To Know More Click
Advance Booking:
We encourage flexible deposits, you can book and confirm your package with a nominal deposit of Rs.20,000/- for each traveller.
Accomodation:
Packages listed by the agents are usually Group Packages ranging with 15 to 40 people in a group. where the rooms are on sharing basis(4-6 person in room). Additional charge will apply for requesting seperate rooms/any other arrangements, subject to availability other than package includes, should be paid directly to the Travel Agent.
Children and infants between 0-7 yrs have to share the bed with the adults. Extra Bed(subject to availability)- Additional charge will apply and to be paid directly to the Travel Agents for such arrangements.
Note: Hotel arrangements may be same/similar to the images and description of the package.
